Kotahitanga (everything under one roof)
1. Initial Consultation
We meet with Marae committees and trustees to find out their aspirations and requirements for their Marae. This generally leads to a partnership between Brymer Group and the Marae, and so begins our mutual journey to achieve their goals.
2. Feasibility Studies & Reports; Geo-Technical Engineering & Surveying
We complete all necessary steps to produce a feasibility study sufficient for presenting to individual funding agencies and potential contributors (i.e. Department of Internal Affairs, Te Puna Korkiri Trust Waikato).
3. Architecture Planning & Design
We then complete the design works and drawings/plans to the consent and construction stage. We work with all the local bodies such as councils, and are aware of their individual requirements. We also include:
- Fire design and reports.
- Waste water treatment systems (eco-friendly).
4. Project Management & Construction
We manage the entire project and all sub-contractors to ensure the project is completed within budget and on time. All of our projects are completed to a very high standard, and we are proud to have always exceeded our client's expectations.
5. Kaumatua & Papakinga Housing
We have completed concepts, designs and plans for Kaumatua and Papakinga housing projects in the Waikato. We understand the requirements to obtain funding to build Kaumatua and Papakinga housing.
