Beatty Street Town Houses

Beatty Street Town Houses were constructed in 2007. This was our first venture into multiple dwellings. The brief was clear: homes needed to be of high quality with exceptional fittings. They were built as part of Brymer Group’s investment portfolio, which we still maintain today.

Developed with hospital shift-working staff in mind, each unit comprised of 2 double bedrooms with en suites, spacious living areas with indoor/outdoor flow, and a modern kitchen with bosh appliances and good storage. They were alarmed with single car garages, good exterior security lighting and parking areas.

The townhouses have had a low tenant turnover since completion in 2008 with only two tenants in each home.
